4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Supanalyst website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Supanalyst and is protected by intellectual property laws. Dashboards and reports created for customers are owned by the customer.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing is based on the service configuration agreed upon during onboarding. Payment terms include a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly charges. Specific terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Supanalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with your data and assist in transitioning to an alternative solution.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
